Ashspren are a subset of spren that exist on Roshar. They are capable of forming a Nahel bond, granting people the abilities of the Order of Dustbringers.[2]

Physical Realm[edit]

In the Physical Realm, ashspren appear as cracks that appear to grow on surfaces or branch through the air.[4] When they move they seem to burn through the inside of objects in treelike patterns.[5]
