Justice Untarnished is a settlement in the Sea of Souls, part of the Rosharan subastral of the Cognitive Realm. It is located on a peninsula east of the Oathbound Spires, and north of the Astral Banks and Lasting Integrity.[1] In the Physical Realm, the peninsula Justice Untarnished exists on is a river that separates Emul and Tukar.[2]
