Valath is a city in Jah Keved next to the Horneater Peaks.[1]

It is likely in Valam princedom, maybe even the capital.
Valath contains a 'Holy Enclave', and though the Palanaeum has more tomes and scrolls, the Holy Enclave clearly has many tomes themselves.[2]
Lin Davar sends Rin, one of his guards, to Valath to kill Helaran.[3] Helaran left a contact in Valath so Balat could get in contact with him.[4]
