Waber is the gardener at Hearthstone's manor on Roshar.[1]

History

Waber was tasked by Roshone to gather the residents for a full town meeting when Amaram arrived on his recruitment drive. He and his assistants erected a canopy in the town square.[2]

Years later when Hearthstone was evacuated to Urithiru on the Fourth Bridge, Waber was part of a group that was attacked by Lezian and a few of his soldiers in order to draw the Windrunners' attention. When Kaladin arrived, the singers retreated into the manor with Godeke but allowed Waber and the others to go free.[1]
