Perel is a field commander on Roshar.[1]
History
He is present at the Battle of Narak, under the command of Adolin Kholin. Adolin asks him to prepare a charge against the Listeners.[1] After the charge is thwarted by the enemy he calls a retreat. He reports to Adolin that they are in a stalemate. He advises Adolin against engaging the enemy alone, and Adolin commands him to create a distraction.[2]
