Curnips are a type of rockbud native to Roshar. They are cultivated as a vegetable.[1]

During a vision that took place during the Heraldic Epochs, Dalinar identified some plants as curnips, implying that they are still cultivated during the Era of Solitude. Due to Dalinar’s ethnicity it is likely that curnips are grown in Alethkar.[1]
