Isasik Shulin is the Alethi royal cartographer on Roshar.[2]
He acted as the Royal High Cartographer to Kings Gavilar and Elhokar and likely Queen Jasnah Kholin. In his capacity as royal cartographer he made smaller copies of the kings maps for Highprince Dalinar Kholin[2][3]
It is possible he hails from the city of Shulin.
He was present on the Shattered Plains, and accompanied the trip to Narak and onward to Urithiru.[4][1]
He couldn't join the expedition to Hearthstone on the Fourth Bridge as he was out mapping the eastern part of the Shattered Plains.[3]
