Vedekar Perel is a Sebarial officer and victim of Re-Shephir. He was killed by stabbing through the eye, copying the Sadeas murder.[1][2] His physical appearance bears some similarities to Highprince Torol Sadeas, for instance a similar girth and certain likeness of facial features. At the time of his murder, he was traversing the passageways in Urithiru alone, just like Sadeas was when he encountered his murderer.
