Yulay is a kingdom in central Roshar.
It follows the southern shore of the Purelake, and has borders with Tu Bayla to the east and Babatharnam to the west. There is a pass thorugh the mountains to the south into Azir, which forms the southern border. The settlement of Fu Namir on the coast of the Purelake may be the capital.[1]

During the Silver Kingdoms era, it was part of Sela Tales.[2]
