Skar is a member of Bridge Four on Roshar.
He is short and wiry.[1] He is one of the first to join in and eat Rock's stew.[2] He becomes one of the bridge's subsquad commanders.[3] Skar stands watch over Kaladin during the recovery from being hung up in a Highstorm.[4]
