Ned is a resident of Urithiru who kills his wife and was copied by Re-Shephir.

Ned was a drunk, from Sadeas's camp who strangled his wife Rem when she attempted to get him to leave All's Alley and come to their residence. The next day one of the barmaids at All's Alley was also killed in the exact same way by Re-Shephir. Ur, one of the bar's bouncers, dropped Ned off the plateau outside thinking he killed the girl.^{[citation needed]}
