History
During Kaladin's first run leading Bridge Four, Malop was one of the last men to get into position.[2]
He was killed by the Parshendi during the Battle of the Tower. He suffered a severe axe wound to the arm and subsequently lost too much blood.[1] Kaladin regretted being unable to save Malop, Jaks, and Narm during the battle.[4]
Malop was one of the many people that Kaladin remembered being unable to protect while he was trying to swear the Fourth Ideal of the Windrunners.[5]
