Garams are a food on Roshar.[1]

When Rock was made a cook for Highprince Torol Sadeas after the unjust death of his nuatoma Kef'ha, he served Sadeas buttered garams with a chutney made of chull dung.[1] When his actions were discovered, Rock was sent to the bridge crews for his punishment.
