Chananar is a soldier in the coalition of monarchs on Roshar.[1]

History

Navani asked Chananar to secretly watch her workstation. Navani had set the workstation as a bait for whoever was sending her secret spanreed messages. Dabbid took the bait and tried to replace Navani's lost spanreed. Chananar observed Dabbid doing that and along with other soldiers caught him in the act. Chananar then took the spanreed fabrial from Dabbid and gave it to Navani.[1]
