Ashlv was the wife of Tozbek on Roshar.[1]
Ashlv worked on the Wind's Pleasure with Tozbek and half a dozen other sailors.[1] She performed duties such as registering the ship when it made port. Shallan Davar made a sketch of Ashlv and gave it to Tozbek to hang in his cabin. When the sailors had flirted with Shallan and embarrassed her, Ashlv had told them off. Other than this she did not speak much.[2]
When Tozbek and his ship were returning by Kharbranth, back towards Vedenar, Ashlv offered Shallan free passage aboard the Wind's Pleasure in exchange for some scribing work, such as rewriting ledgers.[3]
