Sudi Valam is the daughter of Highprince Valam.[1]

Her first husband died in a duel. Lin Davar wanted to marry his son Balat to her, despite the fact that she was in her fifties at the time.[1] Balat protested vigorously because he loved Eylita Tavinar instead, and also claimed Valam would never approve of the marriage anyway.
