Honor's Perpendicularity is a Perpendicularity that is not Fixed in place on Roshar at this time. Dalinar summons the Perpendicularity in Thaylen City and Odium reacts strongly to this and retreats from the battle. This allows the Kaladin, Shallan, and Adolin to return to the Physical Realm and recharged all the gemstones in the area. Dalinar allowed it to close shortly after opening it.
