Varnali was a Parshendi on Roshar. He was an elder, member of the Parshendi ruling council.

He attended the feast in Kholinar Palace where the treaty between Alethkar and Parshendi was signed. Once the Assassin in White killed King Gavilar, he, along with Klade and Gangnah, took responsibility for the assassination, and was subsequently hanged.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content
