Tshadr is a wealthy man who owns a manor.[1] He is a member of one of the eight Thaylen houses to own Shards. It is unknown whether he has either Shardplate or a Shardblade.

Tshadr likely received his Shard from his father in his youth.[1] He served as a member of the highguard, protecting the Thaylen throne.
