Tezim is a/the god-priest of the Tukari religion, and Tukar's leader.[1]

Mraize seems to believe that he is either inhuman completely or of a completely different species to others, and is worried about his actions.[2]

After the beginning of the True Desolation it is revealed to Dalinar and his coalition that "Tezim" is merely a false identity for the Herald Ishar, who rules Tukar and demands the fealty of Dalinar and the Knights Radiant.
