Seland is a woman who lives in Alethkar on Roshar. During the Siege of Kholinar, she is one of the impoverished people that Shallan Davar (as Veil) attempts to supply with food.[1] She and Ma had been squatting in a decrepit building with Grund before they suddenly move away,[2][1] possibly due to a fear of the Grips.
