Reya is a woman from Rosharan mythology.
She is said to have shed a single tear, which is the namesake for the Tear, a star much brighter than the others.[1]
Trivia
According to Peter Ahlstrom Reya is someone important.[2] It was theorized that Reya is the name of Cultivation's Vessel;[3] however, Brandon has directly stated that she is not.[4] We now know Cultivation's Vessel is Koravellium Avast.
