Lift was a Reshi thief who worked in Azimir in Azir on Roshar.

Despite Lift's ethnicity, she had never been to the Reshi Isles, her mother simply told her that she was from the isles. Lift was thirteen, although she claimed to be ten as she believed that any number she could not count on her fingers was unlucky. Lift was also followed by a mysterious man wearing black, although she did not know why. She plotted to rob the Bronze Palace while the vizerate was choosing a new Prime Aquasix. She was a member of a crew of thieves, including Huqin, Maxin, and Tigzikk, who she called Tig.

She appears to have been bonded to a spren named Wyndle. She refers to Wyndle as her pet Voidbringer, much to his chagrin.
