Katarotam is a lighteyes on Roshar.
Katarotam has owned several slaves, including Kaladin, and sometimes beat them. During Kaladin's time as a slave in Alethkar, he killed some of Kaladin's friends and cheated Kaladin out of food and clothing, reinforcing Kaladin's belief that the lighteyes are "corrupt to the core."[1][2]
