Highprince Hatham was a highprince of Alethkar on Roshar. He was a long necked, slender man who spoke in an overly polite manner. He was well behind in his payments to King Elhokar, one of the many acts of the highprinces which undermined Elhokars rule.[1]
He involved ardents in his political maneuvers an act which was both illegal and a violation of custom ever since the Hierocracy, however the tactic became increasingly popular and was used by many lighteyes.[2] His princedom lay on Alethkar's eastern border.
