Faridai is a singer on Roshar.[1]

He was one of the listeners who took stormform before the Battle of Narak. During the battle, he joined a line of his comrades that were singing a song to summon the Everstorm. Venli saw the Alethi forces approaching and tried to convince him to leave, but he was in a trancelike state and barely acknowledged her. Shortly after Venli left, the human forces led by Adolin indeed reached the line of listeners and easily slaughtered them.[1][2] Faridai presumably died during this assault.
