Bisig was a member of Bridge Four.[1]
He was thin with an angular face who doesn't say much.[2] He was the last member to join in with the reforms Kaladin bought.[1] After the crew gives Rock his razor he is one of the two to get hugged by the Horneater very impulsively.[3]
