Arclomedarian is a Dysian Aimian who was known to reside in Tashikk. He claims to be thousands of years old, having been alive before the Last Desolation. It can be assumed that he at least knows Axies as he mentions him by name during his conversations with Lift [1].

Appearance and Personality

I'm building a philosophy, one meaningful enough to span ages.

—Arclo to Lift in Yeddaw[1]

His true form is made of many cremling-like creatures he refers to as hordelings that fit together to form the different parts of his body. Arclo typically imitates the form of an elderly man[2] and does his best to maintain as close to a human form as he can[1]. He is very interested in philosophical debates and often brings up some of these ideas when he speaks to Lift[2], at one point even going off on several philosophical tangents when Lift is meeting with him in the alleyway where he killed the two Skybreakers acolytes.[1]

History

Your war is my war, and has been for millennia. Ancient Radiants named me friend and ally before everything went wrong. What wonderful days those were, before the Last Desolation. Days of...honor. Now gone, long gone.

—Arclo to Lift[1]

He was known to sit on the porch of the orphanage in Yeddaw and met with Lift there several times. During their conversations, he asked her about which body part she felt she was, which she brushed off as a dumb question.[2] Lift later seeks him out as she believes that he is the other Radiant in Tashikk that Nale is searching for. She finds him in an alley with the corpses of two of Nale's trainees. He then reveals his true form to her. He guides her towards the person she is actually looking for then parts ways with her. His hordlings can sense Lift's spren Wyndle.[1]
