“Yelig-nar, called Blightwind, was one that could speak like a man, though often his voice was accompanied by the wails of those he consumed.”
Yelig-Nar is an Unmade on Roshar, and is sometimes referred to as Blightwind.[1] He could speak like a human, but his voice was joined with the wails of those he killed.
He once broke into Nohadon's chancery and killed all of Nohadon's scribes.[2]
