Queen Tsa of Natanatan is the ruler of historical Natanatan on Roshar.
Hoid tells a folk tale about the queen and the moon Mishim swapping places, and Tsa giving birth to Nomon's child. The story is used as the source of the Natan peoples blue skin.[1]
