Teofil is a darkeyed an infantry battalionlord of the Ninth Kholin Division in Urithiru.[1]

Appearance and Personality

Teofil is darkeyed with a lean body. His hairs are balding and he keeps them close-cropped. His neck is thick despite his age. According to Navani, he has a 'powerfully intense' stare.[1]

Teofil is a brave and capable military leader.

History

Teofil was chosen to be a battalionlord by Dalinar despite his eye color on the basis of merit.[1]

Teofil was the only battalionlord in Urithiru when the Singer siege began. He suggested Navani to surrender as 'distasteful' but better option than fighting.
