Silajana is one of the primal aethers from Dhatri.[1] Like all aethers he predates the Shattering, though the aethers' religious followers argue they even predate Adonalsium.[2] He was eager to assist the Ghostbloods in their mission to prevent Autonomy from taking over Scadrial,[1][3] but also seemed reluctant to simply kill soldiers of the Set and asked his aetherbound to offer them surrender.[4]
