Shob is one of Shallan's men.[1][2]

He speaks in an accent reminiscent of our world's cockney, though some sentences come out in normal common/vorin. Specifically, he seems to say"Oi" in place of I, except after being questioned about "dem orphans,": his next sentence comes out without accent at all. It seems more likely that the accent is forced by the character than that this is a transcription error on the part of the author/editor. [2]
