Nenefra is an artist from the Court of Gods whose works can be purchased in Celebrant.

His painting style is likened to a person sliding a knife dripped in paint across the canvas; however, it is said that each of his masterworks appears different to different viewers. His artwork appears to have some sort of power, or serve as a catalyst for some power, as upon watching one of his works, Kaladin feels a strong need to reach Thaylen City and sees a champion with nine shadows, indicating some sort of prophetic ability.

Three hundred broams is considered a "minuscule" price for one of his masterpieces.[1]
