Luesh was a member of the Ghostbloods on Roshar.[1]
Shallan's brothers found a pendent with the symbol of the ghostbloods on him after he died.
Balat Davar thinks that he was a contact between the people who came for the Soulcaster and their father.
Luesh died in his sleep before Shallan managed to steal Jasnah's Soulcaster. Balat did not think there was any reason to suspect the he had been murdered.[2]
