Kadash is an Alethi ardent.

An ex-soldier, he had risen far in the ardentia.

He discusses Dalinar Kholin's sanity with Adolin Kholin.[1]

Kadash oversees the ardents who perform soulcasting in the Alethi Warcamp in the Shattered Plains. He was ordered by Adolin to research the abilities of the Knights Radiant to learn how to combat Szeth. [2]
