Iyatil is a member of the Ghostbloods, a secret organization on Roshar. Usually dressed in a simple trousers and shirt, Shallan mistakes her for a boy the first time seeing her; she also wears a red-orange carapace mask. She purports to be Mraize's master, instead of the other way around, and is thus presumably a high ranking member of the organization.
