Iyalid is a historical king on Roshar.[1]
He participated in the Challenge of Stormhold, but the details were lost to history; Jasnah Kholin and Jochi sometimes debated his role in the event. Shalash, who was ageless, personally observed the challenge. She told Jasnah that Iyalid had been drunk, settling the argument in Jochi's favor.[1]
