They appear to espouse the rules rather than what is right.[1] Thus it is likely that they formed a Nahel Bond with surgebinders of the Order of Skybreakers. Jasnah may have met them.[2] Syl, an Honorspren, says that she is "not a Highspren" when Kaladin asks wether he should follow various unjust laws that keep him in prison.
