Graves was a member of the Diagram

He was introduced to Kaladin by Moash who had ties with him before Moash was made a bridgeman. Graves works for Taravangian and was sent to assassinate King Elhokar and make sure Kaladin was distracted and unable to protect Dalinar from Szeth. He has a set of Shards (Plates and Sword)and has Danlan in his retinue.
