Larmic mucus is a substance with antiseptic properties on Roshar.[1] It is less expensive than lister's oil or knobweed sap, but also less effective.
When Kaladin tries to acquire antiseptics for Bridge Four, the apothecary gives him larmic mucus instead of the more powerful antiseptics.
