Isasik Shulin was the Alethi royal cartographer on Roshar.[1]
He acted as the Royal High Cartographer to Gavilar Kholin.In his capacity as royal cartographer he made smaller copies of the kings maps for Dalinar[1]
It is probably he hails from the city of Shulin.
He was present on the Shattered Plains, and accompanied the trip to Narak and onward to Urithiru.[2][3]
