This information has the ability to potentially ruin elements of the plot for the reader. Proceed with caution if you have not read this book.

The Covad Fragment is an old untranslated manuscript thought to be Dawnchant.

After Dalinar & Navani released information about how to translate Dawnchant, many scholars started translating in earnest. Elista proposed that some of the more challenging fragments were potentially not Dawnchant but a usage of the script to phonetically transcribe other languages. Ardent Urv had studdied the Covad Fragment and decided that this was such an example.[1]
