A Pain Knife is a type of augmenter fabrial developed by the artifabrian Navani Kholin.[1]
A pain knife is able to inflict excruciating pain on the person it is used on by means of retractable blades that pierce an attacker's clothing. The blades can be set to four varying lengths to moderate the amount of pain inflicted. It has a removable covering so the fabrial gem can easily be infused with Stormlight.[1]
