The Highprince of War was a title bestowed by the Alethi king to one of the highprinces. The Highprince of War has authority over all war-related activities.
Dalinar suggested to give this title to him for he wanted to unite the Alethi highprinces.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content King Elhokar told Dalinar, he would do this if Dalinar could proof him that he was able to create a union between the highprinces. As for Dalinar's attempts for this failed the topic wasn't mentioned any more.
