The Tenets are a lighteyed family in Alethkar on Roshar.[1]

The Tenet family owns a small palace called the Mausoleum in Kholinar. They have a tradition of Soulcasting their favourite servants into statues post-mortem, decorating the mansion's grand hall with it, which is where its name came from. In addition, they are said to be extremely wealthy, with numerous riches hidden within their home.[1]

While in Kholinar, Shallan and her group steal their food to gain access to the Cult of Moments' Revel.[1]

Trivia

Their name is similar to tanat, the Rosharan word for number nine.[2]
