Sylphrena, or Syl, is a spren on Roshar. She normally appears as a young woman about a handspan tall, glowing with a faint blue-white light, but is able to take a wide variety of appearances, such as a ribbon of light or blown leaves.

Syl remembers little of her own history, other than occasional vague memories, she started to regain some of her memories since bonding with Kaladin. She helped men kill, but feels she was right to do so and was likely bonded to a Knight Radiant.
