Sja-anat is a creature on Roshar.
It was hunted by someone during one of Dalinar's visions.[1]
It causes spren that it touches to act strangely.
By the form of it's name (the hyphen) and that it is connected with the raising of the Thunderclast, it's probable Sja-anat is one of the unmade.
