Nakal is a member of Elhokar Kholin's staff on the Shattered Plains of Roshar. He is a handyman or maintenance worker of some kind.[1]
During a highstorm in 1173, Elhokar remarks that Nakal needs to fix a loose shutter, commenting, "The shutter shouldn't leak. This is my palace, not a village tavern!"
