Bitterleaf is a plant on Roshar used as a medicine for epilepsy.[1]

Chewing bitterleaf is believed to reduce the jerking and uncontrollable motion associated with epileptic seizures. It is unknown if it is helpful in treating other sorts of seizures.

Kaladin was familiar with the medicinal properties of bitterleaf. Brightlord Renarin Kholin was prescribed bitterleaf to chew for his seizures, but he did not believe that it helped much in treating them.[1]
